Proposal:
The Free Agent Draft will last 10 rounds only (takes effect 1944).
Commentary:
Al Luplow is using the FUN CARD, people. He considered proposing shrinking the schedule put prefers lowering the draft instead. He has too much to do plus the other things in life. And more: (1) this will increase trades, (2) will even the playing field. Not all of us follow the minor leagues like some of us do, and (3) will enrich all the decisions we make.
