1943 Proposal 6 - Introduce 5-man rotation

Eliminating the * for regular season.
We allow too many SP to start on just 3days rest. It simply does not happen enough in today's MLB. Every team shall use a 5 man rotation.
In the post season a * SP can pitch a 3rd start. But if they do their endurance rating for the 3rd start goes down by 2.
Makes the use of SP more in line with MLB.

What does a 3rd start mean? ... So we want a pitcher who suffered injury and threw 100 innings to make the same number of starts as a pitcher with 240 innings pitched? This league weighs heavily toward players who play every day and pitch often.

Real baseball uses 5 man rotations.Pitchers rarely ever pitch on 3 days rest anymore.

In real baseball, 100-inning pitchers do NOT make the same number of starts during the season as 240-inning pitchers. Your Honor, I rest my case!
