Doubt anyone will have the guts to say yes:
1-Any player suspended from major league baseball for PED use shall face a 5 game suspension effective immediately in the current BVL season
2-DUI or illegal recreational drug arrest - 15 game suspension in the current BVL Season
3-Arrest for assault/illegal possession of a weapon or any felony crime - suspended pending the outcome of the real life trial.
Let's put ourselves at the mercy of those we sign as in real life and let the dice roll as they may.
Voting (since I can't figure out the voting bar)

i think this tries to go after everything ... i'd consider supporting something like this: a player suspended by MLB after DATE (arod or barry bonds' birthday) for 50, 100 games, or the season, will be suspended 5, 10 games, or the season, respectively. Note: 5 or 10 game suspension can be carried over to the following season. For season suspension: if the suspension occurs after the bvl world series is completed and before the owners meeting, the suspension begins after the owners meeting. something like that. depending on the date, and the tenth proposal is voided, brick church may support such a proposal!

Why would we suspend someone for getting arrested? Innocent until proven guilty. Yeah, today's players are horrible for using PEDs to get an edge; we all know guys in the 60s or 70s would never do anything like use amphetamines or anything like that to get an edge. Further, a guy's suspension will diminish the value of his SOM card b/c it will show up as increased risk of injury.
