Limit the number of Single A players a club can draft in each free agent draft to to 3 players.

10 teams, very concentrated talent pool. Plus this rewards players that actually did something(carded players)

Banksville supports this proposal. But I think the language should be clarified to state that "each team may select no more than 3 Single A level players at each annual draft".

Con Men vote against. If a team meets it's position requirements it may draft as it pleases.

This is a drastic rule change. I could see supporting a version of this NEXT season -- maybe.
