Eligible Starters and Starter/Relievers with POWs ranging between 1 and 4, can only pitch 1 inning above their POW (point of weakness).2. Eligible Reliever/Starters with POWs of 4 and 5 may be used as starters. 3. They can only pitch 1 inning above their POW. 4. Follow the current S/R Rest Chart to determine their next mound appearance.NOTE:R/Ss are NOT counted toward meeting the 7 eligible starting pitchers requirement to complete rosters.COMMENTARYIt appears Strat is following the ways of Tampa Bay. There are a handful of starters, starter relievers with 1 through 4 POWs. None of these pitchers threw a complete game. Also, Strat is oddly identifying many pitchers as R/S when it should be the other way around, S/R . Their starter POWs are higher than their relief POWs.
