In keeping the BVL moving forward (and Al Luplow happy), fines will be handed out automatically for failing the following deadlines:
1. 26-man roster: 12 shekels
2. HAL sheets: 12 shekels
3. G12 deadline: 18 shekels
4. G27 deadline: 18 shekels
5. G39 deadline: 24 shekels
6. G54 deadline: 24 shekels
Note 14.04.1
Each game deadline constitutes an 7-week period except for the 9-week First Deadline. Rosters must be received 3 weeks from the start of the First Deadline period; computer (HAL) sheets, 6 weeks.
A non-existing exception deleted.
COMMENTARY:
With F2F action on the decline, a BVL season will be shortened from 34 weeks to 30 weeks.
