5-Man Rotation
1. Clubs will start the regular season with a 5-man rotation.
2. * Starters can pitch on 3 days of rest if in their previous start they pitched 3 or fewer innings or (2) in Games of Elimination.

Finally approving this makes sense. Strat has introduced a new Pitcher/Player Injury rule that punishes players who were injured and appeared in fewer games, etc.
